The following steps will need to be taken to manually reset the toner life. Please click the  link  to find the video for reference.

First reset step

1. Open the front cover. 

Second reset step

1. Press the “Clear” and “Stop” button, keep it pressed for 1 to 2 seconds.
2. When you release 2 buttons, press the “Clear” button again at once. The printer accesses the toner counter reset page.

Third reset step

1. Press the “up” or “down” arrow key to select the display on “K. TNR-HC ” , A
2. Then press “OK ” button to confirm.

Fourth reset step

1. When the printer displays the “Reset / Exit” confirmation page ,
2. Press the “UP” arrow key to confirm the reset of the toner counter.
3. When the printer displays “Accepted, ” close the front cover to complete the reset process.
