Open the printer cover and check the toner container.
Press and hold the asterisk (*) key for five (5) seconds (leave the cover open).
The LCD screen should display a new menu.
Navigate through the menu to select the color (K, C, M, Y), then select the output to be reset STD: Standard Capacity Cartridge (TN-221 Series), HC: High Capacity Cartridge (TN-225 Series)
Reset ? Select “Yes” when it appears on the screen.
Close the printer cover.
