HP Printer Software Update for 902XL / 952XL Cartridges
HP has recently released a new software package for printers using 902XL / 952XL cartridges. In fact, the printer or computer automatically reminds to update the software package via Wi-Fi or a network connection. Thus, Hewlett-Packard has updated the HP Printer Software for 902XL / 952XL cartridges. You will find below the links to download.
Please inform your customers NOT to update the firmware. Updating the firmware will cause compatible cartridges to no longer be read. To help your customers avoid the firmware update, they should DISABLE the update option.
We are currently working on a new chip and will let you know when it is available. You can continue to sell these cartridges but your customers MUST NOT update their printer(s).
